How are your thoughts about yourself? Are they true? Or are your thoughts about yourself false? Many of us walk around with so-called false truths about ourselves.
False truths can be thoughts about yourself that you have become used to think, but which are not actually true. For example, how you were at school or at work, that you are “like this” or “like that” and that you then shaped your life according to those statements. Maybe it has limited you in your life and made you not live the way you actually want to live?
A good exercise is to reflect when you get a thought about yourself – analyze if it is true or if it is a false truth.
