How to build your salad

Healthy salads can be made in many variations and can be eaten both warm and cold. Follow the steps in the picture and text below for inspiration.


Green salad – Lettuce, kale and spinach.


Carbohydrate – Sweet potatoes, potatoes, root vegetables, rice, bulgur, pasta, quinoa and lentils.


Fruit & vegetables – Tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, apple, pear and avocado.


Protein – Salmon, cod, shrimp, chicken, red meat, hummus, halloumi, feta cheese, mozzarella, chèvre, eggs, chickpeas and lentils


Something extra – Dried berries, parmesan and olives.


Something crunchy – Nuts, almonds and seeds.


Dressing – Oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon, pesto, feta cheese mixture and cold sauces with a sour cream base.
