In my self coaching, you can choose which areas of life you want to focus on and do it at the pace you want. The self coaching program is in text form, that you can keep even after to be able to come back to the material later if you want. The program consists of knowledge, information, questions, exercises and tips. All the programs also include a 30 minutes coaching session.

Livsstils coaching

THE 21 DAYS RESET

This program suits you if you want to do a reset. You will be guided day by day during 21 days and receive workout plans, recipes, mental exercises and other tips to give you a fresh new start. This program also includes a 30 minutes coaching session.

THE GOOD FOOD KIT

This program suits you if you want to have concrete tips, ideas and recipes on how to create a healthy balanced diet in your everyday life. You'll get dinner recipes for all the weekdays for the next three weeks and include a 30 minutes coaching session.

THE MENTAL DETOX


This program suits you if you want a new start focusing on your mental health. You will be guided in 10 steps on how to do a mental detox. Maybe as a fresh start before a new season or as a routine to do before each new month? This program suits you if you want to create good habits, focus on recovery and feel more present in life. You will be guided in 5 steps on how you can create balance, good habits and enjoy more in your everyday life. This program suits you if you want to progress and develop in various aspects of life and set a plan on how to get there even if it is about developing your career, relationship or your own mental health. You will be guided in 5 steps on how to learn to set goals, stay motivated, develop and take actions. The program can be completed in one day and consists of information, tips, exercises and a 30 minutes coaching session.

10 WEEKS TO A HOLISTIC LIFE

This program suits you if you want to make a change in several areas in life. In this plan, you will be guided through 10 parts, for example mental health, career, diet, physical health and relationships. The program is recommended to be done over 5-10 weeks and also includes a 30 minutes coaching session.
